Meet Dr. E.

👑 Dr. Eva Carleen Alexander

Dr. Eva Carleen Alexander is the Owner and Founder of Alexander Consulting Services, LLC, bringing over 25 years of professional experience across government, corporate, nonprofit, and educational sectors. With more than 15 years in leadership roles, she is recognized for delivering strategic, results-driven solutions that improve organizational efficiency and performance.

Dr. Alexander holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, an MBA with a concentration in Finance, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance. Her background is further strengthened by her service in the United States Army, reflecting her disciplined, structured, and mission-focused approach to business.

She is known for her expertise in administrative operations, workforce development, and organizational leadership. Her work emphasizes efficiency, clear communication, and practical solutions that support both immediate needs and long-term success.

In addition to leading her consulting firm, Dr. Alexander serves as an Adjunct Instructor at Northshore Technical Community College, where she teaches Adult Education, Business, Finance, and Leadership courses. She is also actively involved in community initiatives, including youth mentorship, veteran advocacy, and suicide prevention efforts.

As a veteran-owned business leader, Dr. Alexander is committed to delivering professional, ethical, and high-quality services that empower individuals and organizations to grow, operate effectively, and achieve their goals.
